Olayinka Yeku
Yinka is a seasoned HR Consultant and Certified Professional Coach with over 15 years’ experience. She supports start ups and high growth organizations with talent recruitment, leadership development, learning and development to meet and exceed their business goals. Her area of focus is ensuring team members have the skills they need to thrive within their specialty, manage their teams and work effectively with others. She achieves this by designing and delivering bespoke training and engaging external specialists to deliver a range of effective developmental interventions, all in close cooperation with key internal stakeholders.
Her attention to detail and excellent time management skills helps her complete tasks efficiently and to the highest possible standard. She is self-motivated and highly effective at incorporating creative leadership to achieve organizational objectives with demonstrated experience in providing administrative support and managing internal and external relations.
Yinka has worked in various sectors within administrative environments. This vast array of experience has equipped her with varied skills and the ability to work with different groups of professional and in different settings.
Her current employment at Solola & Akpana (Law Firm) as Administrative/Client Relation Executive has given her the opportunity to manage various projects within specific timelines. Some of these projects include talent mapping, job analysis, recruitment, development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures. Moreso, she has conducted training sessions relating to specific HR programs whilst advising management on the administration of policies and procedures. This has helped her gain skills in HR Project Management with excellent turn-around time.
Yinka’s background is intentionally diverse and deep. Her professional experiences cut across organizational restructuring and development, recruitment and talent management, compensation and benefits planning, compliance and risk management, workforce planning and analysis, employee relations, social media marketing, performance management and so on.
Yinka holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Port Harcourt Business School. She is a certified Professional Human Resource International; Senior Professional Human Resource; Due Diligence Professional; Associate Business Continuity Professional; and a member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
